And what do you think that looks like?<< I think that there is no mediator besides Christ for us right now in this day...we are not meant to go to a priest, etc. But like in James, I think that sometimes we need to confess to another (close friend type) person who can hold us accountable to things and standards which we want to live out and that God calls us to...the purpose more for them to be an encouragement for fighting a battle against our sin & selfishness...I think that would also look like someone coming along side you in your times of trouble and rejoicing with you when you've overcome "the battle", etc. -- thanks for stopping by my blog...it's a good question...and hard to put into practice because we don't want people to see us at our weakest, etc. (I used to be a Minnesotan.)
