Rainy May 13th

Well, it has been a rough month. Not sure completely why. I'm hoping that it starts to get better soon! I just finished the book The Narcissistic Family: Diagnosis and Treatment by Stephanie Donaldson-Pressman and Robert M. Pressman. It is helping me and Shane understand some of my craziness.

I have still been getting up for coffee at 5:30 a.m. about three or four days a week but it is harder because of my damn allergies. They make me more tired. Work is going GREAT! I love the kids that I get to be with during the day! We just finished our sandbox and I am going to be putting finishing touches on the swing set. I will post pictures when it is finished. I am also building a few flower beds in our yard, and we will be extending our fence out to the edges of our property hopefully before it gets hot out. We have been finishing up some inside projects too. We got new carpet installed in our toy room and did some rearranging. I call it my office sometimes. I want it to feel comfortable because I spend a lot of time in it. Of course we have been outside almost every day and I have a good tan started.

Carrera has started her "terrible twos" a little early. She is quite a challenge, but I try to remind myself that they grow up fast and this is just a phase. Colton and Calvin had Kindergarten orientation last week. We are getting really excited for them, even though it is really hard for me.
